The Friends is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. (For information about FOSC governance, see the Bylaws/Action Plan in this section.) The Board of Directors meets in the evening, the second Wednesday of the month. Locations vary. FOSC members are welcome to attend Board meetings. For the location of the next meeting, please email the Executive Director or call (510) 501-FOSC.
