Donate :: Needs
FOSC accepts in-kind donations of supplies and materials. No amount is too small, and everything will be used and appreciated. Donations, both monetary and in-kind, are tax deductible. If you wish documentation and acknowledgment of your gift for tax purposes, we must have your name, address and phone number. WANTED FOR THE JOAQUIN MILLER PARK NURSERY
- hoses in good condition (no kinks)
- hose-gizmos, such as watering wands, misters, hose-valve shut-offs, sprinkler heads, hose
washers
- old blinds (the style called something like velour (?); we cut these
up to make plant tags)
- wooden or metal cargo pallets
- utility sink
- bottle brushes, scrubbing brushes and scouring pads
- basic tools: screwdriver, drill, hammer, screws, nails, etc.
- first aid supplies (we could use some of everything): bandages,
antiseptic wipes, sterile gauze, etc.
- kitchen colander, plastic/metal bowls
- wood for making simple items like signs
- fun stuff: garden sculptures, chimes, hanging mobiles, decorative
ceramic pots, wine barrels, garden furniture
