The trail project was a joint effort of the Friends of Sausal Creek and the
Bicycle Trails Council of the East Bay.
Volunteer assistance was also provided by Team Wrong Way.
Financial support was provided by grants from PowerBar's DIRT
(Direct Impact on Rivers and Trails) program and a joint program of the Conservation Fund
and the California Trails and Greenways Foundation. Our thanks to all organizations and the
many volunteers who made the project possible.
